The Grill

At The Grill, you will enjoy the highest quality of food and service in a stunning and informal space.  An interactive Chef’s counter showcases dishes that are predominantly European with an emphasis on French and Mediterranean.  The frequently changing seasonal menu is comprised of attractively priced small, medium and large plates.  Choose from specialties such as piquillo peppers stuffed with fresh crab meat, crème fraiche and a touch of lime, spinach and parmesan ravioli, filled with poached egg, white truffle and rosemary jus.

A selection of outstanding steaks, Prime, dry-aged and Kobe beef; Kurabuto Pork; free-range Chicken, Copper River Salmon, Kumamoto oysters, poached Maine Lobster, hand-crafted artisan cheeses, domestic lamb and game, caviars and king crab legs are also offered.

It is our intention to feature the finest meats and artisan products from around the world, including Argentina, Australia, Scotland, and America.
